What we do
CUPE Local 4153 represents all Caretaking and Maintenance staff for the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB). We maintain and clean all facilities within the HWDSB in order to keep the environments healthy and safe for all HWDSB students, staff, and visitors.
